Transactions made by the Company with other firms or individuals
(hereinafter referred to as ¡°customers¡±) shall fairly be performed

When purchasing goods and services from the customers, a fair
opportunity for exchange shall be provided and cost savings
and quality enhancement shall be pursued to the maximum.
There shall be no discriminatory treatment allowed in respect
to the customers, such as price discrimination, without just
cause.
When bidding, the confidential information of rival companies
shall not be provided to the other firms.
When carrying out corporate transactions that are affected
by personal interest, an unjust influence shall not be exercised.

reasons of gender, education, religion, physical disability
and factors shall not be permitted. Employees shall respect
the privacy and dignity of their colleagues, and shall refrain
from any antagonizing actions such as sexual harassment. |

| 2. Gifts and Entertainment |

Company employees shall not propose or provide gifts,
money, goods or entertainment to any person in relation
to work activity, including corporate clients or government
employees. However, this shall not be the case if the amount
is small and is recognized under generally accepted customs.

entertainment, gifts, money or goods from customers or related
parties in association with their professional capability.

All financial transactions of the Company, including statements
and their fiscal basis in accounting books and accounting

Know-how, information, and important intellectual assets
of the Company shall not be released to outside parties without

price of the Company without authorization, nor may they use
