| ¢º Die Steel |
| Plastic Mold steel is generally used in molding and manufacturing
plastic products. Since Plastic Mold steel is made by melting
and pressure-molding various materials, it must have all
the characteristics of process ability, abrasion resistance,
smooth surface and corrosion resistance. |

| ¢º Tool Steel |
Tool steel is used in manufacturing machine tools and,
depending on the application, it can require various special
features like abrasion, pressure, acid and heat resistance.
The most common tool steels are ¡®cold working steel¡¯, ¡®hot
working steel¡¯ and ¡®die casting steel¡¯. The right type of
steel to meet the characteristic requirements can be chosen
according to the conditions of application, in consideration
of such factors as the lifespan, temperature, attachments
and thickness. The STD11 type is cold working steel that
can be used both in cold casting and forging, while STD61
and STF4M are used in heat molding. MASTER-1 is a special
type of tool steel for die-casting and HFH1 is ¡®flame hardened
steel¡¯. |
