| Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction has a perfect
quality assurance system that covers all areas of purchasing
and shipment. |

| As a result of its continued efforts for quality assurance,
Doosan has been issued a number of certifications by the
internationally accredited body ASEM, including the N, NPT,
NA, N3 and NS certifications for nuclear power systems,
A, S, PP and H certifications for boilers and U and U2 certifications
for pressure vessels. Doosan has applied these quality standards
in the manufacturing of reactor vessels, steam generators,
pressurizers and other types of pressure vessels that were
supplied to Yonggwang Nuclear Power Plant Units 1~6, Ulchin
Nuclear Power Plant Units 1~6, and Wolsung Nuclear Power
Plant Units 2~4. Doosan also exported main nuclear facilities
such as steam generators and pressurizers to the Qinshan
Nuclear Power Plant in China, as well as steam generators
for the Sequoyah Nuclear Power Plants in the USA. Doosan
is enjoying tremendous recognition in overseas markets,
as the Company is currently manufacturing yet another steam
generator for Watts Bar (USA). |

| Doosan possesses a number of other quality certifications
issued by KEPIC (Korea Electric Power Industry Code), such
as KEPIC-MN (Mechanical Nuclear), KEPIC-SN (Nuclear Structures),
KEPIC-ND (NPP Design) and KEPIC-EN (Nuclear Electric). |

areas of power and industrial plants. |
